Plant, Grow, Cook!

Join Stephanie in the garden to learn how to propagate, grow, and harvest a few amazing tropical food crops like cassava, Chaya, sweet potato, and more! After a morning in the garden, we will bring our harvest into the kitchen, where our amazing chef will show us how to transform our farm fresh goodies into nourishing, healthy meals for our family!

Stephanie is from Puerto Rico and was also a keynote speaker at last year’s Persimmon Festival!
